What it is: A waterproof gel eyeliner that can be smudged or used for supreme definition.
What it does: The long-lasting formula glides on easily to fiercely line and define.
How to use: Start with a clean, dry lid. Staying close to the eyelash base, start at the outside corner of eye and work your line toward inner corner of eye. You'll have 45 seconds to smudge or blend before it sets for all-day wear.

Love!!
These are the best eyeliners. It does not smudge and lasts all day. I use them everyday. Hopefully Espresso will be in stock soon.
