WRONG ITEM SENT x2

I’ve ordered this bag twice and both times I received a completely different bag. I would not order this bag until the situation has been rectified. I would also like to mention that the bag has a fishy Oder. I have spoken to Nordstrom and because the item is shipped directly from the merchant it is not something that they can fix on their own.
