Sooo cute and just the right amount of flounce! Definitely can be dressed up or down. For ref, I’m 5’1 and the skirt skims just a tad bit below my knees. I’d say the skirt sits between a mid and low rise for me

Obsessed with this skirt! The material is amazing — the only thing is the rise. I’m a low/mid-rise girl, and she sits a little high, but you can totally make her low-rise if you want. So cute and perfect for any occasion!
