Where is my necklace.

I've ordered this necklace twice. The first time a big box came empty. Called back to reorder & I got an email that it had gone thru. Still have not received the necklace. I live 80 miles from Seattle & that is where it was shipped from. Horrible service

It’s too heavy& the chains are big for my size. I wish I could wear them because I don’t have anything like it. IDs it lighter in weight , I would keep it .
