I really liked the wash and cut of these jeans - but they run 1-2 sizes too small in the waist. I am 5’9” and a size 8-10, and the 30 fit everywhere well - but couldn’t even get the waist closure within 2” of touching -!? Never experienced this before. Returned .

Lovely basic jeans with a tencel blend
Excellent jeans in almost every way. My only complaints are the tencel in the fabric (why must we suffer a partially elastic product that will eventually sag! I wish these were 100% cotton, an option that would be trickier to work with but more sustainable and better-looking) and the length. I am 5'7" and have fairly long legs, and these pants fit me great in the waist but are more cropped than I would like. The color is a great spring-summer-fall transition wash, and the pants are really comfortable.

Perfect wide leg jean except for the Tencel
These jeans are Plato's true form of the wide leg jean! I absolutely LOVE the fit. Somehow they make my butt look cute even though the fit is relaxed and looser. I sized up one size, partly because I'm tall, and partly because I wanted a really slouchy look. And they are perfect. As other reviews mention, they do contain Tencel (booooo) and would be better if they were 100% cotton. That said, I love love love them. Definitely keeping my eye on this brand.
Also they are comfy enough that I don't immediately shed them like a snake skin when I get home-- something I cannot say for any of my other jeans.
The product image shows them cut off at the ankle but mine had full hems.
