Great Cleanser...
So I know everyone is upset still about the Soft Tender Cream Cleanser being gone and I am too - I loved that stuff! I have to say though, this cleanser is nice too! Its meant to leave moisture behind, if you're not dry or don't like that then this is not the cleanser for you. It washes off well with just water and yes, leaves moisture behind - its not a squeaky clean but who would expect that from the title and description. ;) I use a wash cloth to remove and love it like that and also in the shower just using water. 5 stars all around! I also sleep in this as a mask, just like I did with the soft clean cream cleanser. Smells the same to me too. :) In the shower I mix a dollop of my Clinique Scrub into this, makes a GREAT moisturizing scrub!! No one makes a good one - this is perfection!

too oily as a cleanser
my friend recommended this to me, but unfortunately this is not for me. I expected a fresh-up after I wash my face; however, this just stays on the skin, makes my face feel very oily and it's hard to be washed off. I don't think ill buy this cleanser again once I use up my current bottle. It might work better as a moisture mask though but I haven't used it as that yet.

Pretty Nice
I like this wash but I feel it's actually more of a mask than a cleaner. I don't feel like it rinses off all way even after using a wash cloth. Which is fine because it is very moisturizing. I don't regret buying it but will probably switch out for something that rinses better next time around. PS the bottle is very sharp on top and I've actually scratched myself on it and when it's wet it slips out of my hands.

Nordstrom can do better....
The product as always is great. The store experience not so much. The gal knew nothing about Este Lauder products describing herself as a beauty specialist... again not so much.. Nordstrom needs to stop sacrificing customer service to save money. With experiences like that and the need to self serve, I could just orde online which I truly despise. I miss a good shopping experience with great customer service from knowledgeable people. Not my expectation from Nordstrom. Would expext as much from Macy's honestly which is why I don't shop there....

Very nice
This cleanser does leave your skin soft and moisturized. It’s pampering, you can just wake up in the morning and put it on your face, massage, wait a little, it’ll stay there, moisturizing. This makes sense considering it’s also a mask , you can leave it as long as you’d like , at night you can just use a wet towel apply some product and take away your make up and at the same time wash your face , the only thing is that I felt this cleanser does clog your pores a little with time, I like cleansers that make me feel that I’m clean instead of greasy, but I’ll definitely buy it again since I also like the color and the size

Silky Cleanser
Overall, it does the job of a cleanser but not the squeaky clean kind of way. I should have paid more attention to the word "foaming" as this product does not mention it. It serves more like a cream cleanser and leaves a smooth feel after you wash. Having said that, I would have preferred something more foamy. If the gentle, silky feel after the wash is what you're looking for, then you will like this product. Otherwise, stick to the foaming cleansers.

PERFECTLY CLEAN- WOW
THIS PRODUCT WORKS GREAT. IT IS EXCELLENT AS A CLEANSER AND A PERFECT MOISTURIZING MASK. IT LEAVES YOUR SKIN GLOWING. I WOULD RECOMEND THIS PRODUCT TO ANYONE.
