What it does: It's designed with a holistic three-in-one approach to fight the visible effects of indoor and outdoor environmental assaults. The smooth, lightweight, patent-pending fluid formula is formulated with tiger-lily extract to help fight damage to elastin to support naturally firm, bouncy skin. A precise combination of antioxidants helps fight visible damage from indoor and outdoor pollution, including ozone and micro-dust. Advanced barrier fortifiers help skin seal in moisture and strengthen it against infrared and other environmental assaults. The nonsticky formula won't clog pores.

my everyday to-go!

After lasik surgery, I had not been able to use any chemical sunscreens (majority of sunscreens out there in the market) since it stings and burns my eyes... I’ve tried many physical sunscreens (aka mineral based sunscreens) from different brands since then, but most of them dries out my skin. When I saw a new sunscreen came out from EL, I picked it up along with other Perfectionist Pro items. I’ve been using it for about three weeks now and I love it!! It doesn’t dries out my skin(I’m 32, have very dry skin, living in the midwest) and goes well with my makeup. One thing I’d like to share here is that- make sure shake well before use and apply a thin layer. Since it’s a mineral based one, if you apply it too much, like as you usually do with a chemical one (they are absorbed into your skin well), you will end up having a white film on your face :( If you’re having same eye problem as I do and you’ve been searching for a non-drying mineral based sunscreen, I recommend you to try it!!

Leaves White Residue

I really enjoyed the original sunscreen from Estée Lauder but it was discontinued so I decided to try this one out. It left my face very white. Even after continuing to try and rub it in, it still stood white. You can see it very much when you enter the water. It has great spf but I would rather use something that isn’t going to leave my face so white

Great Primer - but FYI on SPF

I needed a new primer; I just wasn’t happy with the results I was getting from any of my others. I really wanted one with a high SPF. I decided to give this one a shot. The bottle is smaller than I expected but I’m ok with that as it’s perfect for travel. The primer went on my skin beautifully. It has a lovely texture - silky smooth. If I didn’t know it had SPF, I would assume it didn’t - it’s that smooth. I was in love...and then I read the package more slowly. It clearly indicates for SPF protection, I will need to apply every two hours - um, what? After a lot of research, I realize this is a common problem with other SPF primers. Defeats the purpose. HOWEVER, this primer is so good, I’m sticking with it anyway. Here’s why: a quick trip to my local Nordstrom makeup area and I meet a helpful sales associate who tells me about SuperGoop’s SPF powder. Perfect! I can even dust that on over my regular powder. I gave this five stars because it is an amazing primer. If you want an all-day SPF primer, I don’t think there is one out there. Use this then use the SuperGoop powder on top and reapply as needed. As another reviewer mentioned, one does need to shake the bottle before applying. That’s normal with any SPF product.

EL Perfectionist Multi-Defense: High Performance

One of the best fluid SPF products I’ve used, soft and smooth texture, glides on, works as a primer as needed, no fragrance, high spf with multi-benefits. The plastic bottle is small, fits in the palm of my hand, but is perfect for travel and on the go. Good year round essential. Another high performance must have from the Perfectionist collection.

Good Sunscreen

I really like this product. I needed a face sunscreen that wouldn’t upset my sensitive skin or cause breakouts and this sunscreen met all my needs. I’ve worn the sunscreen four times and its worked well as a source of sun protection. I have used this under makeup yet, but it feels like it would be a nice base over my face serum. I plan on buying this product again.

perfect Sunscreen

I had a lot of freckles on my face and I was always worried. It's not sticky and so good that I like it so much. I think I bought it well.
