What it is: A flawless foundation with breathable medium-to-full coverage and a radiant finish that hydrates, soothes and protects your skin. It rescues skin with soothing, plumping hydration and features a natural finish that lights skin with an instant radiant glow for12 hours. The foundation provides broad spectrum UVA/UVB protection in 28 shades with buildable medium-to-full coverage.

What it does: This moisturizing makeup is infused with the brand's hydrating IonCharged Water along with probiotic technology to soothe skin and chia-seed extract to nourish. The lightweight formula immediately helps even your skin tone while covering redness, dark spots and imperfections. It delivers a radiant, natural-looking glow that lasts for up to 12 hours and even has broad-spectrum protection, too. The formula features broad spectrum SPF 45. Protecting your skin with a broad spectrum sunscreen helps prevent early skin aging caused by the sun.

How to use: Shake well. Smooth the lightweight, moisturizing liquid makeup over your skin, beginning at the center of your face and working outward. To select your shade, choose your skin's intensity level from ultralight to very deep, and your skin's undertone (cool, neutral or warm).

Better than Armani Charlotte Tilbury

FYI my pic was taken after 8+ hours of wearing the foundation with no powder, with urban decay all nighter. I had no particular expectations with this product I was expecting a basic hydrating tinted moisturizer kinda like the one by chantecalle. Oh boy was I wrong! This product is perfect for me. It's so thin light weight yet so pigmented and hydrating. I do need a basic moisturizer underneath due to my drier skin in spring. I use a beauty blender and 3 quarters to a full pump. It is the easiest application I've ever experienced. I've tried with fingers which worked too but beauty blender gave a better finish. My best match used to be double wear 1n1, Armani power fabric 3, Charlotte Tilbury 3 warm, but with this one 1n0 is perfect. Guess the pandemic has made me paler. For your reference I have lots of skin issues, big pores, redness, dark circles, bad acne scars. But this one covers 90% of them! Really blew my mind. And it doesn't even look cakey when zoomed in.

The worst out of the 50+ foundations i've tried.

it is the worst foundation I have ever tried. it sinks in every pore and creates pokey dokey look, it does NOT blend into skin, brush or sponge.

What are you talking about?

I don't get the negative reviews here. This product is wonderful! I am 47 with mature skin, sorta (some wrinkles, some large pores), but I take care of my skin. I was previously wearing Bare Minerals but wanted something more hydrating/dewy. This works beautifully, I just love it! I do use a primer (Becca Illuminating) and then apply Hydra Rescue with a beauty blender and I have to say the coverage is pretty flawless. It's lightweight, it does NOT oxidize and it's buildable. Love. Just to be helpful - My Hydra Rescue shade: Fresco (My Bare Minerals shade: Med Beige).

Great Product!

So in love with this makeup! I have eczema so have super dry skin and also have acne scars, let me tell you this makeup covers all my scars up and moisturizes my skin at the same time! I’m so in love! I was so scared this would just end up looking oily and greasy on my face but it doesn’t do either! Definitely found my new foundation! Oh and it has SPF 45!?! What’s there not to love! A must buy!

best foundation for dry skin

I have been on the hunt for a foundation for my dry skin- this is perfect ! I tried it side by side w other foundations I have been using (makeup forever and Clinique even better) my skin looks way better with this one- shows less lines and wrinkles (Im 39) it just makes your face look healthy and glowy- love !

moisturizing!

I have tried several types of foundation for 40+ skin that didn’t accentuate my fine lines, this product is amazing! My skin is glowing and radiant. Highly recommend for dry skin folks! Thank you Estee Lauder!!! Definitely a keeper!
