What it is: A long-wearing, water-resistant eye pencil that lines and defines with smooth, even color that looks fresh all day and night.

What it does: The lightweight, creamy formula glides effortlessly onto your eyelids, delivering rich, stay-true color that won't smudge. It even features a smudger tool on one end.

How to use: To apply to your upper lashline, trace along the rim with short, sketching strokes. Blend and smooth with an angled brush. Use short strokes to apply to the lower lashline, then blend and smooth.
