Demeyere makes the best cookware in the world; it's made in Belgium. The five layer construction has three layers of aluminum on the inside, one of the best heat conductors. It is extremely efficient and will bring water to boil very fast. The surface is treated to remove impurities which means it will remain shiny and corrosion free for many years. The handles are welded so there's no heat transfer.

Demeyere cookware is the best of the best. Each size and shape of the vessel is manufactured for optimal performance. Demeyere Essential is an excellent choice for Induction cooktops but also has a superior performance on gas and electric cooktops. Made with 3 layers of heat conducting aluminum and surrounded by Stainless steel, 18/10 on the interior and 18/0 on the exterior these pans will impress even the most experienced home cooks.

Essential stock pot
Excellent stock pot. Generous size. Great for soups, chilis, sauces or boiling pastas. The five-ply construction heats up evenly and maintains an even heat. Good weight! Durable! Great investment.
