Details & care
The Series 1 distills the capabilities of a professional espresso setup into a stunningly simple design. Intuitive on-screen prompts guide newcomers through each step, while customizable profiles let enthusiasts refine every detail for consistently delicious results.
What it does: The sleek silhouette, compact footprint and inviting touch points keep it easy to use and small enough to fit beneath most cupboards while still delivering the power of a café-quality machine.
Additional features:
- Easy Controls and Intuitive Display—Three piano key buttons make it simple to brew, steam or dispense hot water. A full-color LCD screen with navigation dial gives you clear feedback and total control over settings.
- Precision Temperature Control—A Boosted Boiler system with three independent heating elements delivers to-the-degree temperature stability, a warm-up time of two minutes or less and a heated group head for better extraccial machines with remarkable repeatability.
- Assisted Steaming—The temperature-sensing steam wand stops automatically at your target temperature, purges itself after use, and can be customized for dairy or alt milks. Latte art feels less intimidating and more repeatable.
- Intelligent Shot Feedback—Not sure what grind setting to use? If the machine detects a shot that pulls too quickly or too slowly, it will suggest ways to improve your grind.
- Connected App and Profile Sharing—Use the companion app to upload recipes, download profiles from roasters and other espresso enthusiasts or share your own. Your saved settings sync seamlessly between the machine and app so you can experiment, refine, and repeat with ease. Available for iOS and Android, with automatic updates to keep your machine brewing at its best.
