Espresso Martini Glass Ornament

i ordered this ornament and it is lovely, but cracked at the rim, hence the four star rating. delivered by usps in a bag is not how you package and deliver a glass ornament. i mean, this is what these people do, right? i ordered another and it came in a box, better protected. i like the first one better, as it had “froth” on the base stand like it had spilled, where the second did not. the espresso beans were set higher up and better looking on the first; size was slightly different as well. i suggest some quality control.

I picked up at the store. Someone took the time to carefully wrap it in tissue paper and bubble wrap but didn’t notice that it was damaged. Now I have to return it to the store and I live an hour away. I couldn’t give it to the recipient because it was so damaged.
