What it does: Dry brushing is an ancient technique that improves circulation throughout the body and exfoliates the top layer of skin for a brighter, firmer surface. How to use: Before a bath or shower, brush the legs, arms and torso using small upward motions toward the heart. Follow up with a hydrating body oil.
