Alright dress.
This dress has a substantial fabric (as thick as a good sweatshirt without the soft interior fabric), and looks better when belted in my opinion. I'm not sure I like the style, however. It's a little plain despite the ruffle hem, kind of missing that "it factor" for me, but it is a good casual piece. May return, haven't decided yet.

Only up to size 10?
I love this dress, I love the whole English Factory style but they only make clothes to size 10? They don’t even make clothes for an average sized woman. They’ve lost my business because apparently I’m too fat for their aesthetic.
