Puff Sleeve Top

Really wanted to love this shirt, it is super cute. However it is extremely uncomfortable! The elastic gathering at the bottom of the sleeves is VERY tight. Couldn't wear this shirt for more than a few minutes before wanting to take it off. Sadly have to return. Maybe you can snip the elastic yourself if you're really in love it with the style.

Would be perfect if there always not elastic on the sleeves. It would lay so nicely and be flattering. Why? I don’t understand why

It does NOT look like the photo. The sleeves are much shorter like half of what is shown . The shoulders jut horizontally outwards like a line backer because of how the garment in constructed, making it impossible to be puffed upwards, as to how the photo is depicting.
