Floral Embroidered Long Sleeve Sheath Dress

Thus online purchase was an ordeal. First called to get a price match which the agent gladly did. Dress arrived damaged by the USPS b/c dress was thrown into a Mylar bag without even a plastic bag for protection. The bag apparently got caught in the machines and the dress sleeve was torn significantly. The event was the next day so the need to run out to find a replacement. Nordstrom didn’t damage the dress obviously but they retired in the packing AND sent a Large instead of a Medium !!! I called and after requesting a supervisor to explain this ordeal all that was fine was issue a refund and FEdEx come and pick it up. Nothing further ! No nothing it was only as if I just returned the dress for any other reason. And, the ordeal doesn’t stop there. The supervisor stated she requested the FedEx pick up and I was to leave the dress repackaged at my front door all day and it would be picked up sometime by 5pm. I had it outside all day and it was never picked up ! I emailed the supervisor and showed her the picture of the bag ready to be picked up and she told me to now keep the dress and donate it to my donation center I’d choice. I told her ok but it won’t be good karma to donate a dress with an unrepairable torn sleeve. I cut both sleeves off so the dress would be worn properly. Sooooo much time and effort and now explaining it in this survey too….I wasn’t at fault at this transaction yet it was a miserable experience.
