How to use: Apply shadow directly on top of Smudge Proof Eyeshadow Base (sold separately) using #24 High-Pigment Eyeshadow Brush (sold separately) to create full intensity that lasts. Eyeshadows can be used to shade, highlight and line the eyes. Layer sparkling shades on top of any eye look to create a mesmerizing finish.
