What it does: The scratch- and stain-resistant enameled cast iron griddle features a glossy exterior and matte cooking surface that doesn't need pre-seasoning. The large cast iron cooking surface maintains a consistent temperature. The griddle can go from the stovetop, oven or outdoor grill to the table for gathering together. The griddle is perfect for cooking, reheating—especially for restoring crisp texture to fried, roasted or breaded foods—toasting, roasting and more.

Performance and versatility
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the All-Clad enameled cast iron plancha (11” x 19”), and it has quickly become one of my favorite pieces in the kitchen. The large, flat cooking surface is perfect for cooking multiple ingredients at once, veggies, potatoes, breakfast foods and even proteins without overcrowding the pan. Heat distribution is excellent, which is exactly what you expect from cast iron, and it holds heat beautifully for consistent cooking.
I especially love the enameled finish. It gives me all the benefits of cast iron without the hassle of seasoning, and cleanup is surprisingly easy. Nothing sticks, and it wipes down effortlessly after cooking. The size is ideal for family meals or batch cooking, and it feels incredibly solid and well made.
Overall, this plancha delivers both performance and versatility, and it’s a piece I know I’ll reach for often.

Cracked while on the Stove!
We bought the All Clad Cast Iron Plancha about 1.5 months ago and have used it only 4 times. We bought this one because it was one of the few griddles we found that was compatible with the All Clad Induction stove and have enjoyed out other All Clad items. However, on the 4th time we used it, it cracked while heating up. The stove wasnt even set very high as it was only set to 7/10. Will be trying to return this item.

Not as good as I’d hoped
Have owned 2 of the All-Clad non-stick griddles that eventually wore out and had hoped this would be a step up. It wasn’t.
The griddle never heated evenly and I could never a consistent result no matter how much pre-heating I attempted. We use our griddle for pancakes and, after repeated tries, ordered a normal non-stick griddle today. I can see why they are offering a large discount on this because I’m betting my results are not unique and they want All-Clad wants this thing gone.

Too Big for Cooktop
The griddle seems to be very nice but it was about a quarter inch too big for my GE Profile induction range so I returned it. It didn't quite sit flat to the cook surface. Too expensive to take a chance with. Sorry it didn't work out.

Not a good cast iron product and even worse returns process
Not a good cast iron product I have never had a seasoned cast iron product perform so poorly. Boss enough that I returned it 3 days after buying. The only thing worse that this product is the returns process. They keep 30% even on a product that fails to perform. We own a kitchen full of all-clad items. After they way they handled this return I will not recommend their product.
