Nice bag, terrible packaging
I knew once I seen I was receiving the Coach bag from Jacksonville the packaging was going to be trash. Sure enough it was. There was also a smudge on the bag. I don’t believe it was apart of the preloved condition the bag came in. Thankfully with a microfiber cloth I was able to remove it. The bag wasn’t even in the dust bag These bags are not as expensive as LV but still pricey enough that the packaging should be much better. It was also a gift. There wasn’t a coach card thanking you for your purchase. It was just a lackluster experience

The bag itself was not the issue.
I agree with the previous review. This is the first $1000 bag I’ve bought from Nordstrom that came in a plastic bag! I expected to open to the outer shipping box and find a Coach box, with a dust bag and perhaps some tissue paper? Makes me feel like I bought this from an outlet. Had I went to the Coach store and bought this I don’t believe I would have walked out with a plastic shipping bag. This is sad because the bag is nice but it makes want to return it, come on Nordys!
