Beautiful bag! Soft leather in the most beautiful color. Unreal packaging, it took me 15 minutes to unwrap. Soft leather, and the style is perfection. Big enough to hold wallet, phone, check book, and more. Key fob, which is my favorite thing in a handbag. One pocket inside big enough for other essentials. So very stylish, and on sale too!! Buy this one.

The bag is beautiful online, but the bag I received was not. I purchased it online and I received it and the handles were bent and squished to fit in the box. The bag also smelt really bad. I wished Nordstrom.com would take better care of shipping items and will be returning.

Beautiful Bag! Impossible Packaging
Great, versatile bag with lovely leather. If you figure out how to get the protection packaging off the decorative straps, without damaging the handbag, please let me know. For now I'm leaving it in place. Came perolously close to damaging the bag with scissors.

Used returned bag
I received a used returned bag with protective coverings removed from handles, plastic partially removed from bag decorative side straps, even the price tag was removed and placed in box.Very dissatisfied , for the price of this bag , every order received should be a new bag with all protective coverings in placed. Nordstrom, please do better.

Once again received a used return
This is my 2nd purse purchase in 2 weeks from Nordstrom online. The purse clearly was a used return with all the tissue paper and styrofoam wraps usually on the handle and zipper pulls removed and the sales tag with the perforated bottom removed. Very disappointed. Salesperson at pickup counter rude and unsympathetic. Will be purchasing directly from Coach instead.
