Full Up Brow Powder

What it is: A Japanese-made brow powder in a shade to flatter a wide range of hair colors.

How to use: Start toward the middle of your brow. Use light strokes to fill in sparse areas, working your way toward the end of your brow. Use any remaining product on the applicator to blend and fill in the front of your brow.
