Gorgeous dress, large on top

The color, design, fabric are all gorgeous. Typical Farm Rio gorgeousness. But the upper part of the dress was sooo big, the angle of the neckline went below my bra so the whole cup was out. I’m petite with a short torso so I feel like this dress was made for someone tall, or with a longer torso to take up all that space. The whole top was just gaping open. Sadly had to return.
