Cute dressy sweatshirt.
This top has a nice weight to it. I bought it because I wanted to be able to wear it as a short sleeve 'sweater'. I think it should work in a business casual setting. The sleeves are not as puffy as they look. The detailing is pretty and is a good take on a much more expensive version. I am long waisted and the band on the bottom of the top did not cut me off. I haven't washed it but I would do it I side out, in its own laundry bag, and will hang dry. I love it.
