Embroidered Illusion High Neck Long Sleeve A Line Gown

I purchased this dress for my son's wedding. My jaw dropped when I received it. It is a beautiful dress. The embroidered flowers are so nicely done, as well as the rhinestones, and tulle skirt. It’s a stunning . I received complements the entire evening. The online photo to me looked like a light green but in person it is truly platinum like the color is stated. I would highly recommend this dress. I am 5'7" and 160 lbs. Perfect fit.

I had been looking for a Mother of the Groom dress for a while. It was getting close to the wedding and I was desperate to find one that didn't make me feel or look matronly. Then I found this dress...and I knew I found my dress. I have never tried anything from this designer/brand so I didn't know what to expect. I just prayed to the Fashion Goddesses and hit check out. I just have to say, the first time I tried it on, I felt like a fairy queen! The dress was flowy and full; the floral embroidery gave it such a delicate yet whimsical look; and the subtle lace in the underskirt added to that whimsy. But let me tell you, as a petite woman-I'm 5'-I had to get this tailored. My seamstress took out almost 10 inches in length (and I brought my heels during the fitting) and almost 10 yards of fabric all together! But you wouldn't think that looking at this dress-and that tells you the thought that went into this design.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was absolutely stunning and so well made! Unfortunately for me it was a bit too much tulle fullness on bottom! I’m 5’4”, 155# (36DD) and ordered a size 12. The fit up top was great and sleeves fit very nicely, not too snug or too loose, the waist and hips had a looser fit. By size chart I could have ordered a 10 but due to larger bust a size, a 12 was the right call. The notifications from purchasing to shipping to making a return are so helpful! I’m still looking at Mac Duggal for ‘the one’ for my daughter’s fall wedding!
