Broke in one week!!
Im very unhappy with this product. I ordered less than a week ago and the charger prong has already broken and I am unable to charge my mug. I have contacted ember support but they have been very difficult to work with and are saying that I have to buy a new mug. I bought it a week ago!! Very unhappy, would not recommend.

Hot, every sip
I bought this when I was able to catch it on sale. I'm still getting used to the features but, every time I take a sip, my coffee is warm and yummy! I love my coffee but I drink very slowly. Even thermal mugs are challenged to keep it hot as long as it takes me to drink it! I do wish it was bigger but I'll get the smaller cup figured out and, in the meantime, I'm super happy with my purchase.
