Embellished Strapless Velvet Top

I was thrilled to find this cropped top, but unfortunately, it didn't fit me at all when I put it on - I couldn't zip it. I typically wear small or medium sizes for tops, depending on the style. I purchased the M size, but regrettably, I had to return it. I then bought the L size, but I have a feeling that it will be too loose around my waist 😭😭😭
