Extremely Disappointed
I ordered a pair of shoes that cost $1600, expecting the quality and service that a company like Nordstrom claims to stand behind. Instead, I received what was clearly a display shoe that had already been worn.
When I contacted customer service, their solution was to offer me $50 for a pair of shoes at this price point. That response honestly felt dismissive and completely out of line with the standards I expected from a retailer known for customer service.
For a company that markets itself as a premium shopping experience, sending out worn merchandise and offering a $50 credit on a $1,600 purchase raises serious questions about quality control and customer care.
Customers spending this kind of money deserve better.
