Wrong size twice
I ordered 8.5 first time and got a 9. The 9 seemed really really big so I called customer service to tell them I got wrong size but just go down to 8 for a replacement. The replacement came as size 8.5 instead of 8. Now the size 8s are all gone after I returned the 8.5.

Wrong Size
The reviews are very honest they are sending out the wrong size. I ordered a 7.5 and they sent me an 8. The nearest Nordstrom to me is 3 hours away so I’m just going to wear two pair of thick socks. Boots look just like the picture, unless you live close to a Nordstrom I wouldn’t order because they are sending out the wrong size.

They sent me the wrong size.
