Loose thread after 2 use
With the price, I didn't expect the quality to be low. I only used it twice and threads are already loose. I contacted customer support and wasn't offered any help.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The color is the first thing that sold me — the sage tone is soft, muted, and pretty without being loud. It works with basically every outfit I’ve thrown on, from leggings and a tee to something a little nicer. It easily fits everything I need as a mom plus my own things — snacks, wipes, my wallet, random kid items, and it even fits an iPad with no problem. The print also makes it look a little more unique than the solid versions. If I had to point out one thing: it’s not the most structured tote. When it’s empty it can flop over a bit, but once I have my stuff in it, it holds its shape perfectly fine.
