Stripe Crepe Fit & Flare Dress

I read the other reviews, but I wanted my experience to be different. Sadly. SO sadly... it was not. I ordered a size up (they didn't make 2 sizes up for me) and it was still humiliatingly small. Like, too humiliating to get to my husband to help me try to get into it. I waited for my mom to come in town and even she pitied me. It's the saddest mistake a dress maker has ever made. I loved this dress. I have the hot pink shoes to match it. I even had a black fascinator and was going to wear this to my Kentucky Derby Party. I kept too stars because the dress really was lovely, but never the less... it was returned. Tragic.

This dress is adorable and the material looks much more expensive than the actual cost of the dress. The horizontal stripes are actually very flattering and accentuates curves while the fuscia hem is a fun splash of color. I love this dress -- but, it was just a bit too long in the waist for me. I'm 5'3" and just in between petite and regular. This dress hit me at the right place on the leg but was almost to my hipbone at the waist. Alterations would have been near impossible with the full zipper. Sadly, I had to return this.

Very cute dress on but runs small in waist/ribcage....not bustline. If you have a larger ribcage then size up.

This dress is very pretty but perhaps not as versatile as I had hoped. The fabric is high quality and feels and looks like silk. No matter what I do to dress it down, it still seems inappropriate for the office. Too dressy is not a bad thing, but I am sorry I won't be wearing this as often as I wished. In addition, it runs very small, especially through midriff area. I had to size up.

I ordered this dress in a size 12, I usually wear a 10 but I ordered a size bigger because of the lining. When it came in the mail the 12 was too small so I took it in the store to see if they had a 14. I tried on the 14 and that was too small so I tried the 16 and that was too small. This dress is so cute and had my name written all over it, but it was just too small and not well thought through by the designer.

Beautiful dress especially for the price. Reminds me of some of the Kate Spade dresses in terms of the color scheme and material but obviously for a lot less $. I'm a 6 and the 8 was a perfect fit-well the waist was definitely fitted and still tight. There's no way 6 would have zipped. Nevertheless, decided to return the dress since it made my back side look extremely big and unflattering-just the cut of the bottom didn't work for my curvy body type.
