Love this summer dress! The fabric is lightweight and drapes beautifully. The Cobalt blue is pretty. I particularly love that the V-neck is reasonable and shoulders and back are covered. My daughter needs to wear a dress but also walk around the city so the coverage is nice. She can dress it up or down too.
