Very elegant!

This is a really elegant skirt and I agree with the other review that the waist runs slightly small. Since it's A-line this can create the look of wider hips, especially with the tulle underneath. But, still definitely recommend and looks cute with the bell sleeve Eliza J. top.

Fun and classy

I received many compliments on this skirt. The waist does run small, I wear a 4 but ordered an 8. I paired it with a cold shoulder top.
