Flutter Sleeve Dress

I wanted a basic dress that could go from business to more dressy without being too much. Found this and it meets my criteria. This dress, like most Eliza J, seems to run small so I ordered up a size. It fits great but I'm super glad I didn't go with a smaller size. There's some give to this but not a ton. My favorite part of the dress is the V back which adds a dressy quality and the sleeves. I wanted something that had a longer length yet still above-elbow sleeve and not something that would be skin tight. I personally hate the "flutter-sleeve" look and was worried these sleeves would be that style. But they're not! They are a loose cut which is very, very flattering and super comfortable. Be aware the navy is a VERY dark navy but I think this dress offers a lot of flexibility to be dressed up or be business-appropriate with a jacket. The length on me was a bit longer than the model.
