Floral Tie Belt Chiffon Sleeveless Dress

I was worried about this dress fitting me at first based on other reviewers on a similar Eliza J dress saying how the waist was too tight (yes, this is actually an Eliza J dress not Harper Rose as it says in the title, I’ve always liked Eliza J as one of my favorite dress styles). This dress fit me beautifully in my usual size, which is size 8. I’m 5’7” and 130 pounds and I put more weight on in the waist and bust area. Not only do I love that the dress is floral and navy, which is appropriate for a fall wedding (and I always love florals and navy blue in general), but I love that you step into the dress and zip it up as opposed to pulling it over your head, which from my experience makes dresses more difficult. The dress is slightly tight around my waist when I pull it up, but after carefully pulling it up it felt totally comfortable and I can breathe perfectly while sitting and standing in it. I love that it’s a midi dress with a lovely flare at the bottom because I plan on wearing it to a fall wedding in mid-October, and as beautiful as they are, long gowns are harder to dance in! Unlike my previous cousin’s wedding in mid-October last year, which was black-tie required, I’m happy that my cousin’s mid-October wedding this year has a “Dress Fabulous” dress code, meaning you can wear whatever attire you feel comfortable in! Can’t wait to soon show off this dress! 😃
