Floral Jacquard Ballgown

I have actively been on a hunt for a navy gown for 5 months and this IS the one! Lucky #22. It will be perfect for a beautiful outdoor botanical gardens wedding. Having some recent experience trying gowns, let me alert you to a few details not mentioned in the description of this dress. There are 4 layers of fabric; the outer jacquard shell, followed by smooth poly/nylon, a layer of tulle, and another nylon layer... keeps the dress full. The navy flowers and silver brocade are stunning. The bodice is slightly high waisted, the spaghetti straps are adjustable from the back, and the waist has 3 loops for the sash. The online picture does not have the sash folded. Allows options for the width of the belt depending whether or not you connect through the loops. The bow is not fixed... tie it how/where you want. My opinion is the gown is true to size but long. The only alternation I’ll need is hemming. I am 5’6” 128 lbs 34D and typically wear a size 6-8. I chose size 8 because I have a wide shoulder span and tops are typically a size 8 for me. For all that’s going on in this dress, it’s slimming. Yay! Finally done buying and trying dresses.
