Perfect for a preppy northeast wedding
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this Eliza J dress free of charge for my honest review. This dress really took me by surprise! I'm not usually a preppy dresser, but when I put this on I felt like I was headed to a wedding in New Narantucketport at a country club. The blue flowers pop, I love the fringe (even if it could use a little trim), and I found it surprisingly flattering! A couple things to note - there's ZERO stretch to this bad boy, so size up if you're not sure (I'm often a size 2 in more flowy styles, but definitely a 4 in this dress), the fabric is more "shiny" (satiny really) than you'd expect from tweed, and if you're petite you'll likely want to get this altered (I was wishing the torso was just an inch or two shorter). Overall, this is pretty fab (especially for the price!)
