I have been.a nardy club member since 2003. And was a fortunate enough to Iive close to a store. It was a sad day when i moved too far to do this. Since then, i have had good online assistance when purchasing merchandise. Over the many years i have been quite satisfied other than a couple times with the merchandise. In fact, i was privileged to shop in the initial Nordstrom store in Fairbanks, Alaska which was started to supply residents with hard-to-find items. Like size 12 shoes. Unfortunately, i can rarely find much of a selection in women's shoes.
