Elevated Allure Full Coverage Underwire Bra

I am a fan of Wacoal and was doing my best when trying on bras at Nordstrom to try another brand. Almost jumped off the wagon until the fitting associate handed me this bra to try on in the faint pink. Once I had it on, it felt light and it lifted. It did not make my boobs look wide or dart them out. All it did was lifted. My breasts are not firm. They are heavy and squishy/soft. I am a 38ddd in Wacoal, wear m-xl/10/12 in clothes and this bra feels good. It looks seamless under my shirts with no overspill. In fact, I don’t mind wearing it around at home while working. It gets hot under my breasts with wireless so I have to do a wire bra and this fit the part. I want another color just to have two besides the one I bought in black, but there’s not many options that I like. If you’re uncertain about your bra size, have someone at Nordstrom fit you. It may be different from the other popular brands out there.

A few years ago, I bought a bunch of bras from many brands in one haul to see what would work, I was convinced this would not. How surprised was I not only was this the best fitting bra I had put on in a while, but almost three years later this still seems to be be the only one I can’t stop buying (and wearing) on repeat! It is my go to, every day bra. I have others that have cost more, less, the same, doesn’t matter, they do not lift, hold and support the girls the way this bra does. It’s comfortable from the moment I put it on (more often I find it’s actually more comfortable to wear it than not) until my day is done. Being a 32ddd isn’t fun, certainly not easy! I’ve literally spent thousands of dollars on bras that seem to initially fit ok, but after 2 or 3 hours into the day, I’m falling out, the back band is riding up, shoulder adjustments (for me) do not adjust as well as they should and or the straps just dig and carve in. I have tried all the promised “wire free still will support you” nonsense, which is just that, nonsense! This has been the only bra I can wear. It is so comfortable. I can see how sone women may be turned off by it’s sheerness therefore making the assumption it doesn’t support, that cannot be farther from reality! This truly, lifts, shape, supports, doesn’t dig or ride up and there is no added bulk from padding! The girls are absolutely locked and loaded and I never have to wonder or worry about my appearance in this area regardless of what I’m wearing, with the exception of super strappy tops which, due to my size, I can’t wear anyway. This said, I prefer a sheer over padded anyway, that’s my preference. Prior to finding this, I was wearing padded not realizing there was better out there, lol. I truly hope they never stop making this bra exactly how it is. I’ve tried numerous others from this brand in hopes they had more to offer, but they’ve been very inconsistent with sizing, materials etc. so for me, I’ll just stick to what works’

I love this bra. After losing some weight, the shape of my breasts has changed, so I’ve had trouble finding bras that fit. The traditional T-shirt bras that I used to wear, with light foam padding for shaping & coverage, no longer work because I now get gapping in the top of the cup. In my “old” size 36DDD, the Elevated Allure fits perfectly, gives great support, and looks amazing, so I wanted to echo the positive comments made by Tony153 (32DDD), Carmel702 (38DDD), KimD (36H), Amy C (DDD), Ilovelingerie2021, and others with larger busts, who feel the same as I do. The fabric is sheer but it is neither flimsy nor cheap! Before I got it, I worried that it couldn’t possibly provide much support, much less lift, but it clearly does both for a lot of us! As others have said, it resuscitates my sagging shape, so in fitted t-shirts, I look like I used to (I’m almost 70 so that’s saying a lot!). The subtle pattern of the fabric is elegant & subtly revealing so it looks pretty great just by itself (at least that was the response I received from an old flame, bless him). No bra works for every body, but this one is worth trying.

I like Walcoal and had a certain level of positive expectation for this bra— but also, I’m busty, and turning sixty next month, so there’s a level at which I had restrained my hopes. MAN, DOES THIS BRA DELIVER. I honestly think it takes ten years off my body. I’m a large D, and in a couple small brands, a DD. This bra is TTS, comfy, and super effective. I think it lifted me a full inch and a half more than your average bra— without discomfort!! Brava!!! I’m getting other colors.

I worn Walcoal for 30+ yes and haven't changed in bra size in forever. However, my two bra purchases during the Anniversary Sale have an odd fit. The top of the cup puckers as it nears the strap. I adjusted the straps but the fit is really off. I am so disappointed I cannot wear the new styles and colors - never been a problem before. I will return to the older styles I know fit me well.
