How to use: Apply daily after your shower or bath. Pour a small amount into your palms and rub together. Gently massage over problem areas, especially your lower back, abdomen, buttocks and thighs when your body is warm.

Purchased this on cruise ten years ago and have been using it since. It relieves sore muscles and aids in relaxation. This and the Milk Bath are wonderful products and worth the price.

Must have after a long day
Also bought this on a cruise and this stuff is amazing. If you love the smell of eucalyptus, you will be in heaven. Def a great product for someone with back pain.

Love this
I tried this brand on a cruise years ago. It is pricey however worth every cent! It is the only thing that works on my tight muscles. I really love the whole brand!

Omg relief
I was introduce to this product on a cruise.... I tried it that night! And I tell you..smh! I thought I got a new shoulder.
It may smell a little like Ben-gay(not as strong) but babe I rather smell like a mint candy bar anytime! This works. I highly recommend it. Just try it.

similar scent as tiger balm
So far I enjoy using this oil after a shower. The scent does remind me of tiger balm, although not as over powering, in an oil form and more expensive.

I like that you do not need alot of oil to massage well. It does not feel tacky either. Daughter works out alot and asks me to use this on her. Just wish the cap was not so tiny.
