This does help you relax,and relax muscles.NOT a bad smille,rather a relaxing one! I just moved,and after those long days of being in boxes,I was so looking forward to soak in my big bathtub! Added my bath with a Joe malone candies(Nordstroms)

Save yourself some money, use epsom salt
This product is ok, nothing I would ever purchase again though. I honestly had high hopes because it supposedly has natural ingredients for pain relief but smelled much like Bengay which I hate. I don’t think it gave me any more pain relief or relaxation than a bath with epsom salt can for a lot less $$. The only reason I’m keeping it is because it’s more of a hassle to return it.
