Everyday Wool & Cashmere Cardigan

I’m so thrilled Nordstrom asked me to review this recent purchase. I splurged, bought it online & spent over $300 for this sweater ( full price)! Funny thing is I never received item which supposedly was delivered to my home 2-16-23 by Laser Ship….which is total baloney. I’ve been a most loyal Nordstrom shopper for well over 25 yrs & an ICON member as well! But when asked for a refund I was told the carrier delivered the item (even though no definitive proof) & could not be refunded. Laser ship has said they deliver items but I have been told by numerous customers they have never received those items! I will be filing a police report & will not let the matter rest until I get the money refunded. Sadly enough, I really wanted that indigo sweater & it was for my birthday but there are no longer any to be had …also a pair of palm angels sunglasses were in that laser ship delivery that I ordered online hoping to receive for my birthday but of course did not receive either item… The police report will include the sunglasses as well! It’s so upsetting to know Nordstrom is willing to lose such a great customer as myself , who paid over a 5 figure bill just last month alone, for a dispute about a MEASLY few hundred dollar non delivered item. Nordstrom:collect your loss from Laser Ship & then find a more dependable /reliable & HONEST carrier!!!! A very upset customer!
