Ruched Tiered Cover-Up Maxi Dress

Not a huge fan of the royal blue color but this dress is so pretty on, it’s shaped nice, drapey, almost a georgette style. The shoulders are adjustable you can cinch and adjust to your liking, the waist is flattering, material is a thicker gauze but still very light and airy/flowy. I love that I can wear it both casually with flip flops and elevate the look with heeled sandals or espadrilles too. It’s not see through. I’m fairly short and this hits like a maxi dress without dragging on the floor which is perfect for me.

I was really looking forward to wearing this beautiful cover-up during an upcoming vacation. I was worried the issue would be length (I'm short--it's long but wouldn't need to be hemmed). The problem is that the very thick elastic hits high on the waist (on my rib cage) and is uncomfortably tight. I wear a 34 B and wear a size medium in tops, but I felt like I couldn't take a deep breath in this otherwise flowy dress. So it's going back.
