Excellent fabric and fit
Ever get something and you just know that you'll wear it constantly and never regret the purchase? This top is so great that I bought multiples to serve as a uniform top. The textured knit is flattering and not at all clingy even though the top is close-fitting. Buttons stay buttoned so you can wear it as a top without needing an underlayer. It's not as warm as a cardigan would be so it will be useful nearly year round except in the absolute hottest months.

Very nice top with interesting texture
Based on the slim fit description, I ordered a medium instead of my usual small. The medium was large everywhere. Happily, the store I returned it to had a small in stock and it fits great with room to spare. The texture of
the fabric gives it a unique look instead of a smooth finish. For reference I am 5’2” 137 lbs.
