Pros : Fabric is lightweight and flows nicely. I like the zipper and snaps. Enough room at the shoulders and bustline to wear a sweater under it. Cons: No shape to it. The version I bought five years ago had tailored touches to it - cinching all around at the waist and a pull drawstring to keep the hood from blowing off in the wind. This one is being returned.

Beautiful color-sizing is off
The coat is a beautiful color and is long enough to be useful as a raincoat. My biggest complaint is about the size. My usual medium is huge. I wish that I would have sized down.
I wish Eileen Fisher could be more specific on sizing. Some other brands offer advice on particular items such as “runs large” or “if between sizes, size down.” The typical Eileen Fisher advice of “boxy” or “flows away from the body” really doesn’t help me with size selection.
