Stand Collar Jacket

Bought this in reed color,XS. I agreed w reviewers about sizing if this jacket. it really runs large, so i sized down one. I’m normally small to medium w EF sizing but had to get XS w this jacket with still enough room for sweaters on cooler weather. Length is perfect,enough for cover my back as i always loved longer coverage w jackets. Fabric is substantial allowing use for all seasons especially when you live in California. Overall,a pretty neutral jacket..

I bought a very similar coat in the past but did not keep it as it was too short for my height as I selected SP. I hoped to correct my mistake and order XS of the coat which was very similar style and fabric. Unfortunately, it did not work for me either due to bulky patch pockets with flaps and stand collar housing the hood. Generally, I like pockets and hoods. However these elements made the coat too bulky and uncomfortable. Think about using large patch pockets with large flaps, if they don't have side access like better designed items do. On the top of it, the color of the coat combined with stiffness of materials made it looked like I put on a brick.
