Beautiful, breezy pants
These pants are gorgeous. The material is like gossamer--airy, floaty, perfect for summer. You could wear them casually but because of the material they skew more dressy. I bought mine to wear at an outdoor summer wedding, and they'll be perfect for that. But I plan to wear them a lot more than just that! I got mine in steel which is a nice cool gray. They're pricey--but worth it. As ever in Eileen Fisher clothing, they run large.

Too much fabric for typical American woman
This is a gorgeous pant. But it is for tall lithe women. Not for average height & weight. Too much fabric. I've been buying EF clothing for 40 years. But the brand has increased fabric. Women DROWN in EF fabric. Too many items boxy tops or wide pants. Cut fabric proportionately. Make more petite sizes. Not SMALL. Just not so long and full. EF, look at the models you post on your own website for each item. Your clothes only really look good on tall skinny women. The average American woman is 5'4" tall. We need your style. You need loyal buyers. Don't drive us away.

favorite pants
I have these pants in 2 colors and will be ordering more. The drape is lovely, they’re fantastic with a tank top or a sweater. Dress up or down. They do run large, especially in the waist. I’m a size 4, 5’5”, 136# hourglass. I have them in the size small, which is very loose at the waist, but I love the loose, flowing fit. I can wear a fitted top without the excess waist band being bulky underneath. The slits, the cut, the fabric: I love these pants.

These pants are gorgeous and appear comfortable but unfortunately, they run WAY too big. I followed the size guide and the pants were falling off of my hips. Had to return.

These pants are gorgeous and the silk is a nice weight — flowy but not see-through in the Aegean. Unfortunately the pair I ordered were too small for me and the next size up was not available. Luckily I found them elsewhere!

I bought this in Aegean with matching top
I now have both Aegean and black and love the slit which gives so much movement! Normally being on the small side , I would avoid a wide pant, but in this fabric and with the sllit it works.
