Nice dress and it's washable!
Although I adore the periwinkle color of the dress and the crinkled texture is unique, this is the typical EF tent-shaped dress and I've been somewhat on the fence about keeping it. I do wish EF would make more petite dresses with more shape (i.e. a defined waist).
