So Cool and Fun!
These shorts are great! Not too sheer, perfect length and so cool. I wore them to a picnic when the temps were in the 90s and I felt so cool. Lovely!

Very sheer
I don't understand the reviews that say these are not sheer. I purchased the purple, maybe the black is heavier? When I received them I held them up, and through both layers I could clearly see across the street. Trying them on, my underwear was very visible. I know linen can be somewhat sheer, but these are too loosely woven, and imo, not wearable outside the house.
The fit, like other Eileen Fisher is very roomy, and these would be cool on a hot day.

Too sheer
These shorts are cute but just too sheer. Have some other pieces of the puckered linen and they don’t seem as sheer. Can see your legs right through the fabric.

Shoddy material - it fell apart
Holes developed on the waistband and then the material thinned out on the back, so there's a hole there now. This just basically started to disintegrate. Such shoddy material. Never have I experienced such poor quality from Eileen Fisher.
