Perfect for travel! (Or anywhere for that matter)
Perfect, light weight pants for spring, summer and fall. My sister and I are traveling to Europe in the spring, and only taking carry on for 3 weeks with 7 different locations. I’d had a pair of EF denim years ago and was looking to find a new pair (because the look, the weight and the cut) and was fortunate enough to find these on sale. Taking normal “denim jeans” on our trip would have added to the weight, and quite frankly, at 68 years of age, these are a bit more forgiving in that the stretch waist and the fit will allow me to either dress up or down based on the days events. For reference, I’m 5’6, weigh 145, pretty evenly distributed and the small fit perfectly. I will be paring these with either a long tailed shirt over a tee or with one of my EF light weight wool long sleeve sweaters.

Just what I was looking for - lightweight, wide legs, high waist, nice fit. I bought these off-season but look forward to next summer. I do need to shorten - I need the regular XS for waist length (vs Petite) but at 5’4” the legs are too long.
