These are...fine...but only at first.
Fit is unbelievably large (like all Eileen Fisher things). I was in the market for a slightly structured, but forgiving pant, so these worked out of the package. But then I wore them, and halfway through the day, they had sagged so much they nearly two sizes larger. Wish I could return them. So frustrating that these are nearly $200 and the quality and fit are just meh.
